  • This Fine Art Photography print of Lake Superior was taken at Grand Marais in Minnesota. This Spring day was overcast and windy along the shores of Lake Superior, but that gave me a chance to create something more inventive then a perfect summer day might have given me. With the overcast sky the colors of the water and rocks on the shore were intensified, and with a long exposure the crashing waves turn to silk.<br /> <br /> The north woods of North America are a peaceful and relaxing place to vacation. The sounds, sights, and smells of nature are energizing and relaxing all at the same time.
